Because I lost the line already. It´s soooo funny that when lacking from your proper scanner (I miss you, lady; don´t forget that) you have to go and pay for it in some print place. It´s sucks even more when the result of the scan is not the most desirable when it turns out that the drawing is cropped in some parts. Anyway, the paper sucks much more and still and decided to draw on it. Bugger me.

Melting self-portrait

If someone doesn´t believe in global warming I dare him/her to come to Spain (o si es español, que vea un poco el historial de "anómalos veranos e inviernos" que llevamos) and see what is going on, seriously. This summer is being a great example of anomaly. Is not normal, it´s just not normal that we have there already ONE complete MONTH with average temperatures always going between 35-40º with maybe only two days of letup and very few rain.
Ok, in south of Spain can be normal but not in the north close to the Bay of Biscay. No. It´s just not normal.
And one is melting himself...

"Retrato" a boli

Últimamente no ando muy activo y ya iba a parecer que noviembre iba a quedarse sin entradas, pero aquí llega una hecha con bolígrafo Pentel:

Autorretrato

Ésta vez me he autorretratado yo mismo, pero dándole un valor mayor al escenario en el que se encuentra el retratado. Los materiales han sido bastante múltiples como la acuarela, el acrílico y la tinta china; nuevamente sobre un papel sin gramaje adecuado (en fin, hay que ajustarse a las posibilidades económicas):

No sé, pero la impresora en la que he escaneado éste dibujo no me convence nada pero es lo único que tenía a mano. En fin, éste dibujo es otro de esos que rescate del "ático de los recuerdos" (tiene dos años ya por tanto en lo que es la mano de contorno) y decidí acuarelarlo éstos días.
