Ink drawing week-Round #2

These are the ink drawings I have been doing each of the days of this week (including Unamuno´s ones). Each one is purely made on ink with very few Photoshop post-process (yeah, the "level" option is a "must do" when bringing an ink drawing to digital format):

This one pretended to be some sheeps mocking about their shepherd...but I realized that it looks more like they are mocking about women mannerism. Don´t expect I say SOME women because I will NOT say that!

Unamuno´s cartoons-Round #1

For a contest about the famous spanish writer: Miguel de Unamuno.
 But also they serve as inktober drawings, these inktober drawings will be purely made with ink, almost nothing of Photoshop post-production will be on them. Althought I´m not sure if I will be able to keep on this event due my assessments are very close and I need to prepare for other stuff so probably I will not be able to keep one drawing per day during this month.

Also, another thing, I´ll post here maybe once per week due that I just can´t take the scanner, assemble it and prepare it EACH day (my desk is too small for almost everything...it sucks).
So, here are the first ones! (tomorrow the rest)

Good future Earth

This happens when I check the cool Moebius comics on my shelf in a weird artistic melancholy.

Don´t ask about the "bad future" Earth. Well, usually an ecumenopolis on our green (for now but decreasing) planet wouldn´t be the best of the fates of Earth but on the other hand actually seeing a city like this in a far future would mean that mankind has been able to thrive and part of Earth as well.
But yes, technology has advanced enough to make the moon have a closer orbit for leisure reasons.

Yeah, the guy in the right-low part of the drawing could be a pun of Fry from Futurama as well.

Shipping politics

Well, this is more an ONLY SPANISH topic, so, in english I will just tell you to search for "Mariano Rajoy, Artur Mas and Catalonya independentism" as keywords...and "Ciudadanos, PSOE and Podemos" as secondary keywords.

Bueno, otra caricatura de gracia política. Esta va en honor a que, hay veces que las diferencias no son tan diferencias. Mientras, el resto del elenco se queda anodadado ante tales escenarios. El independentismo catalán tiene mucho de juego político, juego en el que los que más entran son los que tienen ideas más dispares el uno al otro...o eso podría parecer. Al fin y al cabo, los polos opuestos se atraen ¿no?

Sí, Pablo Iglesias lleva un látigo, en referencia a la frase que dijo respecto al independentismo de Mas que, a mi juicio, no fue de lo más correcta, mas fue de lo más graciosa.

Recomiendo mientras se ve ésta imagen escuchar la versión de Righteous Brothers de "Unchained Melody" que un abrazo así encaja tan...románticamente.

Seize on crisis

Another cartoon about the current migration problem. This is more common that we can actually think, specially in my country (Spain), where there are many businessmen very "proud" of their country and very right ideologist (to represent their cliche personality and form very well check the room, where you can see a crucifix in the wall, a spanish bull figure, a "sevillana" dancer doll and a portrair of Jesus in a glass table) but then they don´t hesitate in aggravate and seize on the social problem that all their "beloved" country is suffering.
After all, most of the current goverment policies are benefits for all this ilk.
Hope you enjoy it while he is smoking a cigarrette in his comfortable couch while watching the TV news from his big LED TV.

The world tragedy

This is a paste about the most heared current problem in Europe and in Middle-East. The exode of hundreds of thousands of syrians and other middle-east populations from the ravage war in Syria and the uprising of the zealot ISIS.

This refugee tragedy is being too much, in all consequences: from political to human effects. But, I´m not precisely one who supports the help to the refugees and giving them the citizenship for free...if there is a problem, you have to cut it from its root, specially when is making too much pressure. But that pressure, despite how the media is being so unrespectful to the european decissions, doesn´t come from Europe. This is something of worlwide levels. So, The map is probably too small to see each figure in good definition, so I will explain each of the illustrations scattered across the world map:

The protagonists (sadly and unlucky) of the story: the middle-eastern refugees who will going to Europe so they can stay save from death and mayhem, hoping that things will get good so easily. They get a different treat than the rest of illustrations. They are in greyscale colours and pure ink technique so they make difference between the others...those others...

We have here the pseudopro european common people voices, whose voices are sandpaper for my ears due their cynism and void their arguments can actually be. They think that Europe is being a monster, acting bad...well, why don´t try to look a bit forward? Europe is receiving the human pressure, and just trying to deal with it somehow, but that pressure is not created by Europe, not by far (except...weapons trademarket); but in this continent (specially in countries where being a "progresist" means to hate your country until think is "THE WORST OF THE WORLD" but love your region until ask for independentism when the goverments are treated by same methods!...such happens in Spain!) you usually hear such arguments like those I show here where the only thing they can give is cynism to a place which has a much better quality of life than many others...or even where you can get the best quality of life in the world. I agree this is not the best way to act and that everything can go better until the end, but I don´t get that fatalist. Seriously, I invite these persons to open their minds (really) and see far away from their safe zones and then tell which countries are actually that oppresive and inhuman towards their own inhabitants...and how "humanist" are most countries afar from their sweet homelands at dealing with disasters. 

Oh yeah, the three persons are women...I made it with no intention, but guess it´s the habit where I hear most such barbaries coming from people with nothing of personality but a lot of emotional explosive feelings, while not smart.

Precisely, there is somewhere which acts much worse than Europe...such Arabian Emirats and others close. They literally laugh at this situation and get rich actually handling business in Middle-East. Check that petroleum spot where it ends (see in the left of the map).

Here´s what I think should be do: act in the country by a military way, just as it was made in Yugoslavia (and hoping that there are not such big failures like Holland made in there). UN it´s for something. But sadly, there are more bastards in this game: Russia´s goverment and the hideous Chinese goverment which reject to movilize UN plans in Syria. UN the only thing can do is blame Europe for treating bad the refugee wave. Always for interests, even for lifes.

NATO is like UN, it can´t basically act due the afraid of reprisals. And be careful not only of the big fishes. cause NATO is always blamed for being an "imperialist" wherever it acts.

And we have another good thing for this world game. America´s goverment...althought actually should American enterprises have something to say respect to all this in a similar fashion that the arabic gulf´s sheikhs should. Why even some horrible US´s enemies carry some external weaponry? not only stealing, black market or other countries support, not only that. Not to mention to several BIG fails making "friends" on syrian conflict.

And this is all. I made this basically because comments such "Europe is a shame" are just making me sick. No, the problem is not Europe, not at all. The problem is wider and bigger that we could expect

and a great proof of this is how UN is saying and doing basically nothing; while it was made to ensure peace in all conflict countries, even in the worst of the cases.

Finding the perfect storm

I keep finding, I keep finding...but not too much time remains for me, as the summer is about to end and with it the heavy storms as well. I will figure out another high place (but safe) to make a photo of the whole valley so my chances to get a nice shoot of the target increase. Yesterday it was very annoying to have the storm behind me all the time, behind the mountains and not in the valley (AGAIN! this is the third time!!):

Last night was very stormy.

Melting self-portrait

If someone doesn´t believe in global warming I dare him/her to come to Spain (o si es español, que vea un poco el historial de "anómalos veranos e inviernos" que llevamos) and see what is going on, seriously. This summer is being a great example of anomaly. Is not normal, it´s just not normal that we have there already ONE complete MONTH with average temperatures always going between 35-40º with maybe only two days of letup and very few rain.
Ok, in south of Spain can be normal but not in the north close to the Bay of Biscay. No. It´s just not normal.
And one is melting himself...

Warhammer 40000 ink scene

The last of this "ink month" I made.
And it´s from Warhammer 40000 universe! This time, the Imperial Guard faces the living nightmares coming out from Chaos with its typical tactic: sending everything in waves at the same time! Disharmony vs Order (where the "order" is so oppressive that makes the nazi, soviet, north korean and fascist goverments altogether look like a Teletubbies´ episode). Fight in the daemonic fire!

Need to zoom. This one is a bit more symbolic. Let´s chek some points: 

-The battle looks like is being won by the demons as they have taken more terrain than the soldiers (more terrain of the drawing I mean, the battlefront demon is overpass the middle line of the drawing).

-Comissar is actually shooting that soldier, yes, it´s called "execution for cowardice" comissar is not giving a damn because meanwhile he needs to encourage the troops.

The priest with his chainsaw, of course.

-There are only two Chaos Space Marines, yes, maybe is because the rest of their squad have been already defeated?
-Chaos Spawn (that kind but misunderstood creature in the bottom left) is inclined to the background, its head is farer than the lower part of its body, which is nearer to the viewer. Ah, yes, it´s the size of a yatch, normally they are not that big.
-The fire...it´s not normal fire.
-The horned daemon (the one in centre), could look very deformed. But, it´s because it´s actually summoning itself to the battle...and by the war, Chaos is chaos, things should be that deformed.

And I don´t say anything else. Just look the picture and I hope you like it!

Crisis Infection in a nutshell

This is something I see incoming if the choices are still chosen by only a few. Greece is in a decisive moment, but the constact blackmailing of the IMF and EU is creating an agressive zombie in it, a zombie that will consume next countries that are in the "bad situation" queue: those you see running...and falling, and possibly they will join following the line from left to right. EU is not playing right here, no, it´s creating a monster, a self-destruction device, I´m afraid. EU, I mean, only a few of its main heads, you can see how the surgeons, creators of the zombie and responsibles to let it go are Merkel (don´t forget the main surgeon tools are "Made in Germany"), Legarde and...this guy...I had to put a third person...Donald Tusk!

On other places, UK will get cynic more and more with the Union and it will prefer to go by its side.

USA hasn´t have to say anything, but it has, but with total careless, it is in its own problems...watching my updates. Yes, I don´t know why but the second country where I receive most views is USA...aoh, yes! because Google, it has to look after this.

And then, we see Russia getting veeery excited seeing how its political rivals are getting down, His (yes, HIS, we can see Russia it´s a male if we zoom and keep a keen eye there) propaganda channels earn gold with this kind of foreign stuff. Moralistic, huh?
Well, and don´t forget about Russia´s concubines, making this new group...what Russia doesn´t know it´s, if China were a bit smarter, it could make Russia its cheapest slut. If this would mean something worse for the world I remain it as a personal opinion. That´s why behind China there´s a dagger.

Wait, hang on! I decided to make a comic, a simple but expressive one (or so I think), about each of those steps to be "happy" in this life...
But...well, being a bit cynic with all this kind of posts, this comic shows how sometimes the goals can be harder to make them real, usually due the most stupid and cruel forms of things you could ever imagine.
Don´t get offended if some vignette could look rude against some colectives, think that the author has offended himself 34 times at once doing this. And in all case, the only offended should be the optimistic page where I get all these "ways to feel better".
